Needed work done digging up my sewer line that had collapsed and replacing a section added a new clean out and patch the concrete. Also added a second line so I can use for my fifth wheel. On time, kept me informed and sent pictures of the progress. Finish work was amazing, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sewer or concrete work. Great company to work with, the owner Locke is professional and easy to work with.

Trustworthy, Local and Professional 3 of many words to describe one of Best interaction's with a contractor we have had. My husband and I could not recommend a better company than MD Construction and Sewer out of Yelm, WA. for your concrete needs! Locke Deevers and his crew were outstanding! It all started for us a few years ago when we started wasting money " lifting" our broken driveway instead of replacing it. Our 1st home and one water issue after another. Then the Garage floor started cracking and had weird bulged areas, Finally, we agreed to have the garage floor, driveway and walkway replaced. I came across MD Construction on Facebook doom scrolling one night, it was Locke's no B.S. very honest and straight forward ad that caught me. I told my husband that I sent an inquiry and the next day had a call back, set the appointment and the rest is history. My husband is big about 3 bids... We had Locke come out, told him we were getting other bids too and would be in touch, truth is, I liked him, the professional demeanor, the straight forward honest approach and after hearing all the water issues we have had, the answers to our concerns and all the questions, I told my husband that night, we just need to go with MD Construction. My gut was not wrong and even the neighbors had used them for their projects and could not complement Locke and MD Construction more. Construction started April 9th, slotted until April 17th, Not only was the schedule right on time, the garage and driveway / entry way looks AMAZING! We could not be happier. Wait.. they work on sewer / plumbing too as we had broken water pipes under the broken driveway they capped off for us. I will also say, if you think you " know" concrete.... think again, Locke is well educated and help educate us with the differences, the times for drying, the why's. what's, how's and anytime we thought of something, Locke was just a text or call away. I have included a couple pics, I missed demo while at work of the garage for pics, but you will get the point. 10/10

Recently had some work completed by Locke. I work night shift and he was very flexible. He was able to create exactly what I needed and will have multiple functions. He even went above and beyond to fix a part of my fence, next to where he was pouring concrete. His work ethic is like no other. I highly recommend him for small or big jobs. I’ll definitely have him back to do more projects !

Super happy with the work done on my patio and attached sidewalk extensions in Thurston County by MD Construction and Sewer. I got 3 bids and theirs was the most comprehensive and best value, largely due to their use of a cool motorized cart that allowed them to get the mix into a sensitive spot without using an expensive pumper truck. Locke is a hard worker who returned calls and emails quickly and showed up as scheduled, on time, and ready to work. He patiently tolerated my homeowner "great ideas" and made small improvements to the original plan without change order headaches -- as if he was working on his own home. He also gave me some great advice on a separate, non-concrete project I'm working on. I really appreciated him sharing his trades expertise. I strongly recommend MD Construction and Sewer for creative and high quality concrete work.

I got a recommendation from a friend. Locke came out, looked the project over and gave me an estimate. As soon as we met, I felt very comfortable with his business sense and knew he was the person for my job! Locke showed up with two young men and that impressed me. He is teaching these two a fine work ethic. It took 2 days to set up for the pour. 1 day to pour and finish the concrete. IT LOOKS AMAZING! His crew worked very hard, but it seemed to me they were enjoying it. Every step counted. I had about 604 sq ft of concrete poured. I amnone very happy customer! Thank you Locke and boys! You guys are GREAT!

The city of Tacoma had sent me a letter saying my water was on 24 hours a day. Lock Devers asset where the problem was and quoted a fair price. He got a permit to fix it under an emergency and stopped the leak next day. When he billed me he said not to pay it until the city approved his work. Of course the city did. It was a Five star fix!
